It seems that this is still going on, in fact it is even more prevalent than ever before!

This sophisticated fraud. It is well written and the website is highly professional. However other than the dodgy offer email below there are a few pointers to the fraud. This is a derivative of the Nigerian Prince fraud that abounds but with a snazzy, legit looking web site!!!

1. No Lawyers would ever have a website that did not have a contact phone number! They hate to miss a call, trust me! In fact the the guy has provided a number of phone numbers in his email, but cant be bothered to list them on his website, umm...suspect behavior!!! 

2. No basic Google or LinkedIn search results for the individuals mentioned. O.k. do a search on Google for your name, go on give it a go. You may have what are called Googlegangers (people with the same name) but you should come up! Your LinkedIn  Facebook, whatever it should come up and do a search on your self (or anyone else) however I do a search on the gentleman in question what do I get...squat!! Any self respecting Lawyer who cannot be found on your basic Google search should be avoided

3. No legitimate Lawyer would be involved in suspect money laundering schemes as listed in the below email...

Beware, these days I can create a fancy website that is hosted on godaddy for about $10 AUD! It costs them nothing to create this style of site and defraud you or involve you in fraud.
